Our Members are dedicated people who assist, educate and globally network with people who have the will to lead and deal with complex emergency technical rescue situations-because today, most rescue circumstances demand a more a high-tech professional approach if it is to be successful. From the single rescue to the widest catastrophe imaginable, IETRI Members are preparing, refining and developing their skills to meet the demands of the 21st Century emergencies. IETRI provides it's Members with a sound understanding of the emerging ideas, trends and technologies that are changing the practice of emergency technical rescue dexterity and management skill. Our wide-ranging, exclusive Members Web-Site facilities, complements our educational programs, providing members with expert IETRI tutors with hands-on experience who guide and assist them to produce and develop their own novel insights and solutions to new emergency crisis situations. Course Members form a strong alumni/ae and a new network all around the world. IETRI Membership offers Technician and Command management development courses, as well as an array of specially bespoke programs for management leaders, from mid-career technicians and managers to new people starting their careers in emergency services, to senior executives with major multinational agencies. IETRI has created the world's first emergency technical rescue 'Home' for ALL conscientious technical rescue people. With the aid of IT and the internet, and the help of its expert, technical advisory board members, has been changing the paradigm for the emergency technical rescue community ever since. We have developed a new strategic vision to reflect the increasingly global nature of emergency rescue crises. This vision encompasses three central elements: the need for Technical Rescue people to stay on top of technology in order to ensure rescue situations are correctly managed increasing our Members knowledge by providing an international perspective of technical rescue best practices preparing individuals and organizations for change in order they can easily cope with environmental transformation such as social demographics, climatic change, etc. |
